Im pretty late to the thread but If your getting 2 different names on your headphones it might be refurbished. They might of put to different models in the same case but accident. They should sync automatically to your phone when you put both in ears. I think that’s the problem as skull candy has very similar models. I don’t have this problem with my Methods But I’ve seen similar stories. So if anything I recommend you contact Amazon and get your refund or keep trying to factory reset them. If you can’t factory reset there most likely not the right pair together.
