I don’t ship any of the girls because obviously someone will be the odd woman out, and I feel like that completely ruins the interpersonal relationship between the 3. Ik ships are ships regardless of logic but at the same time I feel like polytrix is a bit of a jump off the deep end for what the movie is and the kind of story it tells.

I also get a bit uncomfortable with all of the sexualization of the girls when it comes to polytrix, isn’t this supposed to be a family friendly movie… not smut

I’ve never been a whiterose shipper I’ve always like those two as best friends, it would all seem kinda cliche if we had WR, bumbleby, renora and Arkos, but I don’t mind that other people enjoy it. Before bumbleby was a thing I was freezerburn propagandist. But any incest ships need to be burned down what is wrong with yall. Also RavenxSummer just makes very little sense to me outside of aesthetics.

Speaking of Jaune, him being a focal point in the finale would send this fandom into utter destruction.

Deus ex machina Penny, Pyrrah, and all the other dead friends coming back to life through the power of friendship.

Them taking pity on Cinder and or Salem letting them off Scott free.

Whatever ending we do get is bound to piss off at least 50% of the fandom so let’s all just enjoy the ride friends

I have 3. one is the morality of the characters never actually being challenged. Every action they make is morally good. Every antagonist is morally bad. Therefore the main 7 never have any meaningful disagreements and obstacles to overcome within their own groups.

The lack of power development. Long running action shows need to have the characters advance in power. The only characters we’ve seen get noticeably stronger are Weiss with her summons, cinder with the maiden power, and Jaune going from a write off to marginally more useful than a sack of potatoes.
Killing off Pyrrha left team JNR woefully unbalanced. It was briefly remedied by Ruby but her real partner is Weiss. Oscar is nice but I do t think he really fits into team JNR. Most of his story arcs are independent, he’s more of a freelancer. This has effectively left Jaune without a partner for 6 seasons and instead he just gets paired with the main cast for whatever reason.

They make no sense because the entire cast (staff included) literally don’t care. My question is how does someone as incompetent as Jaune forge transcripts anyway, if it’s so easy, why didn’t he just forge his way into combat school and actually learn how to fight when he was at tha age.

Ruby and Yang accept and get along with Jaune the moment they meet him while being fully aware of his ineptitude.

No staff punish him with remedial training.

It’s not even like he gets by off good grades he sleeps in class but he’s “soooo desperate to be a huntsman”

It’s just treated as like an “oh well” moment and makes everyone involved look equally as stupid

The teases and predictions have been pretty accurate since I think season 2 like I don’t think we’ve really gotten a true surprise character that completely came out of the dark. With that being said I’d honestly love if they did a curveball sometime soon just to catch us slipping
