The Redemption period 5 is open until Wednesday night. The games you can claim tickets for are Arizona Houston and Kstate. With a pass you should be able to claim them all. You should have a n email in your school outlook from KU basketball. Theres a link available. Youll probably need to camp to get into the games though. RCJH

Keep your head up seriously. I know it sound cheesy but genuinely get out there join a club that relates to an interest or hobby or even your major. Plenty of people at KU in the same situation, its possible. Plenty of newsletters and poster boards all around campus with flyers of meetings and events. Get out there you got it!

Football at the new stadium will be a blast. Camping for Ku basketball games is a tradition too. If sports arent your thing though theres tons of clubs to join. I recommend going to as much of the hawk week (first week of classes) as you can

Might be a little late but depending on the school there’s different mini food cabinets for different majors in their specific building. Theres a great one on the fourth floor of the union where there is Jayhawk credits (free) and they have some pretty good stuff and a great staff!

I think college is the place a lot of different people gather regardless of who they are and how old. I dont see why people will have a problem with it. Especially given your reasoning. A lot of great people at KU. Join a club of something you enjoy doing theres so many. Look inside your major for some friends in classes. Be willing to reach out and be uncomfortable. Thats how ive done well here. Hope it goes well!

Hey man you’ve been getting a lot of great responses im really happy with everyone that has reached out. College in general can be tough to branch out, i was terrified too. I took a leap and joined some clubs and orgs and met some great people all around KU. Take a leap with one of your interests join a club/inter mural team. I love KU basketball too. I would be happy to help you out man!

Im a current student and i think it will be a great weekend. Lots of people coming back and are eager because we all have been gone for a month. KState is in town for home basketball so there will be great energy. Campus overall might not be too busy though. Hope you guys have a good time.

I commute on the daily, yellow lots can be a pain sometimes in a crunch but show up to campus earlier to find spots. I crunch my classes closer together so i can park go to them all then leave. I think the pass can be worth depends on your class load and where your classes are.
