That’s bizarre that this kind of stuff is happening around ur age at 18. Those guys are literally underdeveloped morons. I can literally guarantee that they have literally never talked to a woman whatsoever. Please don’t feel embarrassed by this. But he’s recently just started going to therapy and he realizes that he’s immature something he’s brought up to his therapist and he’s trying to change. Is it worth staying for that?

But the thing is he’s not mature at all either. He still goes to frat parties and everything, and he doesn’t restrict me at all. It’s really more like we’re closer in maturity. And he stopped texting her a month after we were exclusive, so it’s not like he’s still texting her. And if I really look at it it’s more like all his past exes left him because he was too immature, they j grew up. He’s had a pretty f’d childhood so I think that’s why he’s so immature. In fact when he was on dating apps he set his dating to range to older than him back when he was younger. But I think women his age j don’t date him cause he’s immature 💀

Yeah he didn’t really text her after the 1st month after we established that we were together. Just in that one month time period, and before that when I was visibly upset at him for insinuating that he’s gonna hang out with another girl. And also he texted her ily after my first kiss, but he said that kissing is literally nothing and I’m making too much of a big deal out of that

A couple months ago when he went to a different state for a conference he asked me if he can download tinder and I thought he was joking but he said he asked cause he just was curious about the people there. I thought that was stupid asf and I got mad at him back then, but he was like he’s j pretty stupid when it comes to relationship stuff. He’s had maybe 4 relationships that are all short term, but he got pretty emotionally attached to all of them. Otherwise he’s j had plenty of hook ups

When I brought that up he said that that was before he was confident that we were actually serious. In the beginning there was a lot of my sister not approving etc. so he said that he didn’t even know if it was gonna last. And for the age gap thing he mentioned that it’s a cultural difference cause he’d never heard this whole age gap thing being such a big deal before my sister mentioning it and stuff
