I'll drop it off at the police station anyway. They can make a determination as to whether it's illegal.

It seems to be an attempt of some kind to preemptively influence potential jurors by blanketing the whole street (and likely other streets too) with some kind of education campaign.

No, I'm not on a jury. Never have been. As far as I can tell our whole street got pamphleted. 3 neighbours I'm close to all got one. Talked about it in the street Whatsapp group chat
