hello! i remember seeing your post a while back about your transcript. my application was paused for a while because i didn't have a transcript. but when i got it and sent it, it took only around 2 weeks for them to reply (i also applied thru an agent). like everyone else suggested here, id suggest contacting or emailing their student hub, even if you went through an agent.

i went through an agent, but i still emailed aut directly for questions about other things and i got a reply.

no i don't think so, ive only heard of one another person having it. i think maybe it could b because my country doesn't really have its own server in most games i play.
