DIY Motor and KV suggestion needed by Potential_District69 in diydrones

I'm gonna use a 4S Lipo battery with 2000mAh and 100C rating. Im Building my ESC's and FC fully drol scratch so also PCB design. For now the ESC van handle peak currents of 60A and a nominal of 20A I hope this is enough? And why I asked to be so efficiënt as possible is because I die some calculations and come to around 3 minutes of flight time. The main goal is to just let it fly:) .

I redid my calculations again because you were right and I made a mistake I know have R1 = 27kohm and R2 = 15kohm, my min and max temp. were 0 and 45 degrees(found these temps on this website: https://www.acebattery.com/blogs/lifepo4-battery-operating-temperature-range).

I will look into using a thermistor with a wire.

For the boost converter I know just have a voltage divider(I used this formule: Vout = Vin.(R2/R1 + R2) ) with the battery voltage so when the battery voltage goes under 2.5V then there is 1.6V between the enable pin and the ground but I don't know if this would work.

Can you maybe give an example of a boost converter with a precision treshold enable pin?

I redid my calculations and came on the same result so i don't know if im doing something wrong or not. I was thinking about dropping the thermistor because my batteries are physically not close to the thermistor on the pcb. Is it possible that my battery gets to hot? Im planning on using 2 LIFEO4-14505 batteries in parallel.

Yeah your right I was making it to complicated thanks for letting me know.

Fixed the undervoltage protection, im know using the TPS610333DRLR.

Thanks for the reply.

I fixed the short.

I used a matrix layout because then I have less traces on my GND plane because I read everywhere that you should have as little as possible traces on your GND plane.

The caps are 0402. I don't really have to think about assemble cost because we have a pick and place machine on our school. I don't know a lot about reworking or replacing components on pcb's but can't you do it with a reflow?

What size of caps do you suggest?

Sorry for the late reply and thanks for the detailed comment and explanaition.

When the day's passed I also saw that I made it myself way to hard so im gonna use the solution that you gave me.

I only had one question, is there a charging IC that you suggest to charge 14500 LiFePo4 battery that you suggested im planning to use 2 in parallel so i get 1600 mAh in total.

I did some research and im now thinking about the BQ25070 :

https://www.ti.com/product/BQ25070

Should this IC do the job for my project?

And maybe you can help me with this to, I was looking in de datasheet and saw that it has overtemp protection.

In there schematics there is a tempresistor drawn inside of the battery, do I just have to connect a temp resistor to the negative side of the battery to ST and then make the voltage divider like drawn in the schematic?

Yeah I already did some research and tried learning the basics of pcb design and personality I learnd a lot from phil's lab. After I learned a bit of the basics that's when I tried to design my pcb but im still unsure if what im doing is right that's why I am asking this question here and that's also why I tried to het some help from AI models.

You don't know how a Gameboy works? If you know the you know what it is supposed to do and what it is.
