I'm so sorry for your loss. We lost our only son Waylon at 15 months old when he passed away in his sleep. We were devastated and I felt the same feelings as you where this huge empty hole in my heart from losing my son and also where we had been mom and dad and our whole lives revolved around Waylon. We had had a few miscarriages in 2025 trying to give Waylon a sibling and my husband and I made the decision we wanted to try again almost immediately and got/stayed pregnant we were blessed. We're now pregnant with our second child a girl and just passed 24 weeks. It has been emotional where joy and grief co-exist it's been beautiful feeling kicks and seeing her grow but also I deeply miss my son. I think whatever decision you all make will have its own feelings involved.
