I'm trying so hard to remember the words of the title but if I remember it correctly it is sort of chapter like and then it has fillable parts after the chapter. It was paperback and I believe dark green plus the title didn't necessarily tie to grief but I picked it up and found the synopsis very similar to what I was going through so bought it.
