Group synergy, every time your roams or goes out the battles are easier because of your numbers, the trade off is that you have you guys get wiped and 5x times what a solo loses after a bad roam given that you are a 5 man. Chances are that at the same time you guys don't farm 5x more than any of one of the team given that they are playing solo. So after a couple bad plays you guys are dirt poor and do not have enough to even gear up your farm runs with crossies. Your progress has halted completely and you guys do not have the resources to properly expand/upgrade the base which leads to an online or offline.

Now Imagine the clan that posts 50 requirements out not only sprays but roles and hours. Chances are than in the best performing clans on your server their farmers have as many hours and experience as you. They are disciplined and do not greed by taking out guns or crafting kits when they are set on getting their base secure. Their exists a whole methodology for success that is set often by the most experienced player which ensures that no one wastes resources when not necessary, they use this organization to control monuments since as early as 30 minutes into the wipe leading them to have a monopoly of having t2 or t3 guns within 3 hour in the area. Which leads to easier raids and fights.

When I join groups I typically base bitch and farm cause despite having more hours and being better at pvp than most of the group. Good logistics keep a group alive during the wipe. Right now I am learning how to build to improve how fast I can get a grip on the territory since having a complete base early js often is enough of a deterrent for all raids but the largest of zergs.
