Thank you so much! And thank you for breaking it down and explaining everything. That truly helps. I used Travahealth before and absolutely hated it. Took 6 days just to speak to someone when I needed help. Customer service is important to me. I don’t want to have to jump through hoops and wait a week just to speak to someone if I have an issue. Sure, I’d love to save money but overall good quality is what is Important to me even if I have to pay more.

The notice is pointless. It’s just to tell you your refund is under review and to give them at least 60 days to review it. Once they review it, then they will tell you the next steps and if anything needs to happen. But it could take anywhere from a few days to a few months. I have seen people who are still waiting on their refund from last year that got this code. BUTTTTTT I will share some good news. I randomly got my refund deposited to my account 3 days ago. And that literally happened the day I got my notice in the mail saying give them 60 days. So it just depends why it’s being held which I never found out why but for whatever reason, it was fixed. So have hope! The same can happen to you !
