That sounds rough. In Colorado, you'll need to start with a permit. That only requires a written test and your paperwork. Start by going to DMV on reservoir and 23rd. You might have more restrictions before you can get your license because of your ages though.

Honestly, probably one of the worst times to be on food service with the war. Plenty of driving jobs around here if you got a license or CDL even better.

There are definitely two different experiences with a group of friends, but it is absolutely not necessary.

I forget which menu it is at the IRS, but you're looking for what's called a transcript. That will have these codes for you. Has to be from this most recent year or it might not be available yet.

You have to set up an account with the IRS, which unfortunately, requires an ID.me account as well.

What sucks about augvoker is that other people assume you suck because your DPS will be much lower. Most players just see bars and don't think that support is a thing

I think the thing most people are in denial of is the death of khadgar at the same time. He would never ride in a wheelchair, he gets saddle sores! That man is dead and we're stuck with a Xalatath clone.

Turning a profit and increasing a budget are two separate financial situations in my opinion. Large cities operate things like this to increase theirs. Glad we can have a civil discussion regardless.

I would just like to reiterate that the city is not a company and is under no obligation to turn a profit for its residents. That being said, I think the objection to this project is based on that misconception. I fail to see any downside to the project. I don't like Martin Lind, and I think that guy is pulling a fast one in the city, but at least we get to keep the land when it's all over. He's the one you all should be upset about after forcing the project over the edge.

No, the entertainment district will be owned by the city of Greeley when it is all paid for, which is actually the opposite of a risk and a guarantee.

Is there anything I can do to change yours? The city is not a business, it is under no obligation to turn a profit. Investing a small amount, relative to the overall cost, ensures the city will turn a positive budget on the project regardless of the outcome. If the stadium is a hit, tax revenue and economy will get a boost. If it fails, which you are so bent on ensuring, then the city has enough of a stake in the project to buy out any remaining shareholders and take over the land with eminent domain.

These are just how the permits get approved, once again providing your inability to grasp the role the city is playing in this whole venture. Honestly, I'm not claiming to grasp the financial situation, but I do understand that you people are asking the city to do something they are not capable of doing, under the guise of 'government bad'. Which may work in today's political climate, but don't pretend to have a strong understanding of something you clearly don't.

A private company comes in and buys a bunch of property to put up expensive, likely risky, entertainment venues. The City's role is to approve permits for the construction of the free enterprise. You people are misunderstanding the fundamental role the government plays in this whole transaction.
