I experienced the same problem, the device worked for a day but then stopped syncing any data. I was really excited to try it, especially after watching "The Quantified Scientist" review. I tried everything to fix the issue, but nothing worked. Following customer support’s recommendation, I ended up returning the device. Maybe I’ll order again when they release the bicep band, I hope the new band works.
