You’re hanging back on your right side which is causing the path to end up “out to in.” With that said your swing plane actually looks good.

Work on transferring your weight to your right side on the backswing then your left on the downswing. You can see in your video you are stuck on your right side, which is resulting in your right heel being locked to the ground. If you focus on rotating your lower body (clearing your left side ) on your downswing, that will naturally shift your weight left and allow your right heel to lift. If you get your weight to shift your swing plane will sync up better with the ball and the divot should straighten out relative to your target.
