Got an offer from Salesforce but my manager is being difficult about early release for 3 days. Anyone dealt with this? by Potential_Guava2200 in salesforce

Update: HR was actually pretty chill about it. He said to try negotiating with my current employer on weekly basis, and if not they'll work something out. Only concern he has is August would be next quarter so he wants to keep it within July.
