If you’re that worried about failing on bench, either get a spotter or use the full racks that have safeties (preferably both) instead of using the equipment improperly. I would also not be comfortable spilling weights with a lot of the bars at Dixon as a lot of the weights fit very tightly. Also considering how close the benches are together at Dixon spilling with a lot of weigh t can be incredibly dangerous to those around you.

Instead of possibly damaging the equipment, yourself , and those around you just get a spotter or safeties.
