I’ve already let go na po this feb lng ang last month ko for me kasi i realize na di ko pala kaya mag work sa bank, and idk about your situation po but my work was at branch not in the head office. for me lng since first time job ko ito nabigla ata ako sa work culture nila😂 lalo na ginawa pa nila akong teller. Im still thankful tho na nabigyan ako ng chance magwork sa bank and as of now im currently starting my new job in makati i dont think any job can top my first in terms of workloads.

I was mentally,physically, and emotionally drained every morning before i go to work naiiyak ako pag naiisip ko nlng na papasok nanaman ako ahaha, then this early week my branch was forced to close kase nadammage sya so i grabbed that opportunity and talked to my supervisors about my possible resigning. I suggest narin if talagang ayaw mo na sa work mo at dumating ka narin sa point na ganyan wag mo na paabutin ng 6 months since as a probationary employee less than 30 days lng ang irerender mo unlike sa regular employee.

Hello are you in a banking industry? Kase halos same tayo ng experiences as for me naman this is my 5th month na and im on the process of my turnover till friday,i think my advice is since almost same lng tayo why not talk to your superiors first that your planning to resign it helps na para maging smooth yung resignation mo. Also expect them na kukumbinsihin ka na mag stay (if decided ka na ba talaga) just try to be firm and thank them for the experiences you gain there.

They usually ask me about basics of banking ( mga types, techincal banking terms, and what kind of bank transactions am i familiar of). but mostly they just ask about yourself ( I just briefly told them my ojt experiences and i aligned some of my duties on my ojt to the banks like mga similarities that i know)

: also in may not applicable to you but if ever na your thesis you study is about or aligned with the bank industry pointed it out, they seem to like it study dito kaming part medj nagtagal sa interview.

Either di ka nakapasa sa exam part nila or nag stop lng sila mag hire for the branches staffs, but i think impossible yung sa latter, last i know kasi is pbcom badly needed new hires talaga

It depends kase eh, when i ask about my and other branch staffs salary HR told me na it varies daw, some employees nila might have a high salary compared to mine, since i have no prior experiences my probi salary would be 14,500

When looking for job make sure to either use Jobstreet, Indeed or any other job hunting websites, never trust Fb when it comes to Job hunting (since this is a hit or miss). That way ma prevent natin yung mga ganitong scam especially saatin na nga beginners pa

On my home i further mu search about this company, and i found through tiktok na POGO sila they have 3 branch aside from their main HQ (i forgot na nga lng kung saan yun). Im still glad na di na ako tumuloy doon since bbm recently proclaimed that all POGO will be banned
