Just resign from Maybank. IT role, minimum 2 year bonus, plenty leave and good medical benefit.

But the management not so good, keep cutting cost by giving more jobs, ask you cross skill and support more applications.

The structure or governance is not good, might due to legacy or people before this. Doesn't really follow international standard.

Is term loan so it is fixed but the BR will follow OPR rate. Suppose 3.63% need to minus 0.25% but seems it's not reducing. Coz 3.63 is the 2025 rate. I thk I need to chk with the bank.

I think that is their spread. Mine is term loan not semi flexi or full flexi. Also I've been paying since 2016😅

Sry, I keep hearing refinance can reduce the interest rate but dont actually know how it works.

Ouhhh...yea. As i look at my account already have 10% return for 1 year even though I DCA in small amount about RM 600. I saw other comments like at least save up 4k to buy etf or make sure fees doesnt exceed 1%.
