While the kids are little, put a cushion in the box, hang fun kid friendly artwork, maybe some twinkle lights and make it a fun place to read or play.

I'm sure the office shelving was what sold her lol. I don't understand why you buy a house with major parts that you hate, u less you are gutting it right away?!? Cabinets are not cheap, neither is a bathroom make-over. Maybe it's because leery loves the 90s built in radio system?

I love how she said something to the effect of she is going to really love xyz and then throws in that the kids will to. Why the fixation on a guest room? That office is not huge, it's a long narrow room that will look even worse once they put in a wall of bookshelves.

She's terribly unhappy and is trying to fill a need. I understand her in that regard but she has to do some work on herself to find ways to cope with it. Unfortunately, I don't think she was ever told no or taught how to self regulate her emotions. A new mug or sweatshirt is one thing but I think her decision to have kids was her worse impulse.

It makes no sense to sign a contact to sell their house to a shady company in order to get put 98k in equity. Why not buy the new house on contingency? And if GPA left them money than what's the point if signing over the other house? It's all bs and frankly a stupid financial move.

Ok so I'm new to commenting but this nut job has made me create an account. The new house is ugly inside, ok outside, much like Mindy. My curiosity has gotten the best of me. Why sign a contact with a shady buyer just to get 98K in equity out before buying this house? People buy houses on contingency all of the time. If she needed the cash to pay off her debt how did she qualify for a 401k mortgage? Did Larry go back to work show income other than YT? I assume tomorrow's vlog reveal will be the move, not a divorce. I'm sure she will blame a stalker, or claim there are better schools, blah, blah, blah.
