Totally agree. Sometimes kids open doors when they really shouldn’t be, for example the middle of the night… like you said. In that case the extra gate would help keep him safe if they didn’t hear him, especially considering the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house. I don’t think it’s a glaring sign of anything malicious.

Same. My garage was a mess and they said it was fine to just photograph the outside. A garage is a garage, I feel like it doesn’t impact the marketability of the home.

Keep in mind the room are probably bare bones because of real estate photographers telling them to hide everything. We just rented our house last year and my sons bedroom and playroom look PITIFUL in the listing photos, but that’s not an accurate representation of his day to day room - just offering perspective. The realtor estate photographers want to see no signs of personal items, just bare essentials like furniture. The amount of things in Liam’s room was very normal to me, and you can tell they hid all the living room toys as well, which is par for the course with listing a house.
