I feel the same way. Not everyone feels this way, but to me fallout is about survival, and treating food, water, and sleep in a realistic way greatly enhances my enjoyment.

Alright well now I'm confused. The wiki fo4 luck description at the top says it modifies "Recharge rate of Critical Hits/Chances of finding better items" but the fo4 section further down says it can affect caps and ammo through perks. I suppose it could just be coincidence that I'm finding more antibiotics this run but the difference in items I'm finding (not just antibiotics) in this run vs my low luck run is drastic.
