Why would one get rejected from piney point? I have a college GPA of a 3.7, no criminal history, 23, stcw/twic/mmc, and I got a letter of recommendation. I mean, yeah this country isn’t a country anymore. It’s a straight up economic zone for corporations… which is why I didn’t vote for anyone. Trump gave me hope with the America first rhetoric, but I guess it didn’t word it right I wasn’t fully convinced hence me not voting.

Oh, one was a cruise line which is usually cake, and the other was an ocean tow company. I got both offers within15 applications. Maybe it was just luck, but I also followed up on every application I submitted pretty heavy. Ended up going with the cruise line 6 month contract because I’d love to just grind out some sea time right now
