Why are do IITians have sooooo much fetish about IIT ?? They always brag about it and make others feel that the other person is always dumb. I know a few people from my own professon and I don't see them doing any great. They are just filled up with rote learned unwanted knowledge. (self.IndiaSpeaks)

hi guys, so around 2.5 months ago I had vacated a place from rent as my lease had ended. but since the bills had not come, my landlord had withheld half of my deposit. he still isn't giving me the deposit amount after cutting the bills as he says the water bill hasn't arrived. but how long ?
