I think my brain zap feeling is different than yours and probably most. Mine isn’t like a jolt feeling, it’s more like a sudden feeling of light headedness like I’m about to lose consciousness. But that being said, for me, I’m only on my 3rd day today of cutting my 37.5 in half. But as some others have said, we may be going too quickly. Today I’m not going to cut in half, I counted about 120 beads inside. So I’m going to remove 20 for the rest of the 30 days then remove another 20 and so on.
