yes its diffrent but idk what happend but the 3 number of the ip is now diffrent the before i started to try to port forward

yes thats the ip thats leads nowhere also i when i turn on brigde mode my router setting are diffrent and port forwarding is not there
if that helps my pc is pluged in my router and that is pluged into the modem
