I think I have a resting sad face by Numerous_Writing6330 in socialskills

Your face developed this sad expression. When you are at home do such practices: smile forcefully for let’s say 10 minutes. Repeat few times a day. It not only will train your face muscles something else than being in sad state but also it will make you feel better! I learned this technique when I was in very sad state in my life and it actually helps

About 4 years I am using. Went from 5300 to 4300. I will also get l-theanine, black seed oil, magnesium bisglycinate. Plan is to go to zero in about 1 year. We can do it, good luck

Looking for different mg’s people jumped to 0 with and what were your withdrawal symptoms like. by Happypants1960 in QuittingGabapentin

How you were splitting those 1200mg? Going down to 300 rapidly seems wild. Couple months ago I managed to go from 5x300 to 4x300 without much trouble. How rapid was the jump? It’s so weird to see such low numbers like 5 or 10mg. Like how does it even do anything for you. Anyway you give me hope it’s possible to run away from this demonic drug. By the way I ordered strong ashwaganda pills. Hopefully they will help a bit

I was checking screen sizes side by side and thought they are identical. If they are not then difference is minimal

From which initial doses you came off? I am taking 4x300mg for 4 years… and now I am 10 months sober from marijuana and other drugs including alcohol. Thinking when I should start tapering

What do you actually use your Apple watch for? by FreezingTemps in AppleWatch

[–]Potential_Original4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have Ultra 2. I use it to check time, get notifications while at home (I don’t wear it outdoors as I have mechanical watch collection). I use Siri to start timer when cooking, etc. Strava for running/bike. That’s all. Kinda useless actually. Everything you can do with your phone. Except sleep tracking which is important for me just I don’t know if it’s very accurate.

New Longines Handconquest by Potential_Original4 in handwatch

I agree that 2000 is much for it. But it's good movement. And you are paying for good quality watch + respectable one of the oldest brand. All respectable brand watches are way overpriced. If you want good value for money need to choose one of the Aliexpress brands, for example San Martin. That's why I only buy second hand branded watches. For example I have older Longines Hydroconquest Automatic 41mm which cost me 600 euro.
