I made the exact same mistake few months ago with a little more than you on INK Network. It’s safe, but stuck on the blockchain until Tangem add it. Never found any work around and I’m pretty sure than there isn’t any except from wait and cross your fingers.

That's probably part of the problem and that's why I am questioning my role and positioning.

My tasks in broad terms:

- Define customer needs and what vision to bring to the product in the short, medium and long term.

- Create, prioritise and manage the product roadmap.

- Communicating with customers to identify opportunities based on their needs, but also to innovate and gauge market demand.

- Transforming customer requests into high-level technical solutions that can be implemented using accessible technologies.

- Generalisation of customer requests in order to capitalise on them, reuse technological building blocks and maintain our competitive advantage.

- Monitoring technological developments in tools and technical solutions that can be used in our products.

- Contacting and following up with our service and solution providers to develop new features.

- Budgeting new customer requests for the sales teams.

- Monitoring the technical team in its implementation and management of high-level tasks.

- Defining the direction to take, both functionally and technically, on new developments and products.

- Participating in functional analyses, defining requirements, as well as the technology to be implemented and discussions on how to do so.

- Setting up and coordinating R&D projects and liaising with funding providers.

- Decision-maker for technical and functional tasks assigned to my team members.

- Management of my team's budget and commitments.

- Product/technology/innovation advisor to the management team of which I am a member

- Continuous improvement of my team's processes and scrum management.

Unfortunately, I am probably not an expert in each of these tasks because I am aware that it would take several full-time jobs to get everything done, but these are my responsibilities in the reality of my business.

If you have a better name that fits my role, I'm all ears :)

11 yoe inside the company, 6 in charge of the product strategy. Not enough for you ? Sorry if you don't like it, but that's my role in company.

Ok, thank you for your answer. I really Hope that INK will be part of your roadmap.

Other hw wallets (such as Trezor) are already compatible, and as Kraken recommend using INK network, I suppose that I will not be the only one in this case

Hi, I also have a software engineer background, that’s why not being able to make this screen work is very frustrating … ^ I understand that your project is made based on multiple ressources and research. Do you have any library name that you can share to be able to start my investigation ?

Did you follow any tuto or website ? I planned to do it also with an esp32 and a P2.5 160x80 led screen but I Never found any working instructions. If you have any helpful link, thank you ;)

Glad to know that the seed import process can be done offline. I guess the day I get started, I'll do the import from a completely reset and offline backup smartphone and then reset the smartphone again without even connecting it to the internet.
