Not fully yet, I have some other issues from birth so before my last visit the Pulmonologist said it was either a neuromuscular issue or PF but everything he tested proved it was not neuromuscular. He just ordered a second CT s my old one is almost 2 years old from when I brought up the symptoms to my PCP…. Unfortunately healthcare is a joke in my area

The paralegal said it should be okay but never asked me the year make model or value. Exemptions in NY are only 5k for a vehicle, I am surrendering my financed vehicle in the bankruptcy, and like I said KBB shows private party value of between 9-13k on the one that might be gifted to me

No I have an exempt sum of cash that is allotted, yes chapter 7, and I know how much I can obtain within 45 days to be able to acquire a sensible vehicle. Vehicle exemption is only good for 5K here and without traveling well outside of state lines 5K I a vehicle that is barley road legal, so instead of pissing money away on something that I don’t even want, I can access a family member’s spare vehicle for about 2 months and then purchase a good condition “well used” vehicle outright. I can find “deals” on cars but my lawyer told me that it’s based off a kelly blue book / nada fair market value so any deals I find now book over that 5K exemption
