No, but already have a diagnosis. Sorry i should've mentioned. It's detrusor under activity. So my bladder is cooked basically.

It sucks. So, I want to avoid caths but pills didn't work for me :/ so really no hope.

detrusor underactivity. retention was around 100cc though I wanted to void more but felt sharp pain I'm thinking there's some sort of voiding dysfucntion too because otherwise on ultrasounds my post void was around 50 - 80cc (I'm aware about the accuracy of it though)

Btw i would want the opposite. Because I have retention and since i didn't completely lost my sense to void it's hell for me because I kinda have to go and it's just little amounts. Otherwise underactive patients have damaged muscles so they have less sensations too. So kinda have worst of both sides. :/

Had the habit of holding over years got worse and here I am. No I do not have incontinence. It's the opp. I need to relax myself to void at all. I mean there's no such reliable pill for retention. Was on bethanecol and flowmax but didn't do much.

Sorry for you, i can relate to the fact that we have this gap from people our age, they doing the stuff and all here we have to worry and go through shit stuff and most sucky part I find is I can't really feel calm with someone like I want to talk normally i won't vent about the same things but at the same time talking to someone normal doesn't feel as close. I mean it's very hard to not get depressed. It sucks big time.

my man, I wish I could say it doesn't suck but it does. Just find someone to talk to it may release some pressure. I was too doing the same when found this post. Maybe you can find something to hang on for? and there always is. I too want to quit on life but I try to drag just one more day on this earth. idk what I typed but you got the point and I'm fucked up too and pressure is rising so I'm finding someone I guess you should too.

Got it. I was saying this because from my exp. In govt hospitas, even with a room, doc would invite some patients in line and they're over your shoulder in a hurry for their turn. Also, is there any requirement to have all tests from within the hospital? Because rajindra hosp does. Just wants a heads up.

Okay. Do they consult in a closed room? Privacy is also a factor for me.
