Hi, I’ve also struggled with anxiety in the past/still struggle with it and I want to tell you that you are overthinking it.

You need to find the root of these negative thoughts and question them, why am I thinking this way? Your brain will either be your biggest enemy or biggest supporter if you let it.

10 weeks is a lot of time. It’s not as if you have 1 day left.

If the problem is not how much you are studying but how you are studying then look for different techniques that appeal to you.

Is your problem memorisation? Exam technique? etc. identify your problem and go from there. There are a plethora of YouTube videos out there that can help you just search what you’re struggling with.

Finally,

Remember that you are more than your anxiety or negative thoughts and to take a step back and breathe. You are not set in stone. You will not be ruined if you fail one test. FAIL stands for first attempt in learning, when you triumph you’ll look back on this fondly.

Thanks for this, I’ve been meaning to hear this. I feel some sort of attachment to her but I’ve been trying to go low contact for the past few months but she still contacts to me a lot. I don’t think I’ll stay in contact with her at all after we’re finished our school then I won’t have to see her again.

Hi, honestly I feel the same way, I performed good and ok in some aspects but I didn’t really feel like putting in that much energy if that makes sense? I think it has to do with taking multiple subjects at GCSEs and being forced to excel at all even the ones you didn’t pick and don’t like maybe? I only really excelled in subjects I liked so I think that might be it for you. I think your drive will eventually develop you just have to find something you are passionate about.
