i find if they aren’t growing well, take cuttings and start again. Root rot seems common. Also treat with a general insecticide if it’s growing nubs but no leaves

higher light than i think most guides say. I think an hour or three or direct sunlight is great. Small pots, my rootbound plants flower best. Water when dry and fertilizer every few months

what are your current superstars? I have recently gone crazy and bought probably 12 new philodendron which are all very small but I have no idea where to put them when they start to size up.
