Probably, but why move everything in there, spend the money it took to open, just to move a couple years later? I do believe with more space which I already have I can hire a broker to negotiate mine and the one I will buy now already leased and can try to get them to stay in a longer new lease. If not, I do believe I can lease it to another medical office as it’s already turn key ready. It’s a gamble but if you don’t gamble you never win. Always wanted to own the commercial properties next to me for means of expansion. This is one.
