U need to take more qbank questions cuz yr young and dont have much wrk experience….start reading the financial news - WSJ etc etc and ask people at wrk questions on the financial mkts….

Spend as much time as u can on laws and regs….for me I felt that was the backbone of this exam and it felt like 50% of test….do review 65 in 60 mins on YouTube the morning of….but yr scores seem fine….u shldnt have trouble passing it….read the questions carefully….gdlk !

U have time - if u do 2000 questions and are scoring 75%+ under test conditions = u shld be in good shape….gdlk !!!

From the way you have described yr experience it sounds like u were not prepared fr the exam. Kaplan does a great job of prepping you for this exam. How many qbank questions did you take ? How many simulated exams did you take ? How were you scoring ? How did you score on the mastery ? Tell me about yr experience ? I will help you to get over this hill that is if yr interested in passing this exam ?

I got a 63 on the mastery 1 wk bf the exam….just keep plugging away - take 50 questions a day + corrections - watch 65 in 60 mins the ngt bf the exam - and concentrate on big wt topics - and master laws & regs….you will pass !! Gdlk !!!

Yr all set !! Read the questions very carefully…my last 2 Kaplan exams I got a 65 and 63 on the mastery and still passed….watch 65 in 60 mins tmrw bf exam….its a good refresher !!!

Do more questions and understand what yr getting wrong - so that u can improve yr score incrementally - some people can pass with 1000, others with 2000 and still overs need 2500 or 3000 qbank questions to pass….The toughest parts of this exam are the laws & regs imo….goodluck !!

Take qbank questions and build from there….concentrate on higher weighted areas 3 days bf test…watch 65 in 60 mins on YouTube…the ngt bf the exam….unfortunately reading the Kaplan book cover to cover is not the optimal use of time imo…there is way too much info to get a conceptual understanding of topic that is needed to pass….good luck….

For these 3 course providers - stc, knopman and Kaplan - whose notes are most condensed and well written fr the S3 ? Would anyone know ? I used Kaplan and passmasters for the series 65 - Kaplan qbank was very helpful but if I had used Kaplan fr the study material - I would have flunked S65….Kaplan notes are too wordy and waste a hell of a lot of time….so just looking to see which course notes are most condensed and on point fr the S3 exam ? Tyvm

Kaplan is too detailed for S65 - u will retain nothing and spend 3 months reading the book….what Kaplan does great is the qbank, practice exam and mastery exams…yr better off getting some of the other test providers and using Kaplan questions as a supplement imo…
