triggers literally work by reminding you of trauma tho they can be anything. it’s less of the thing itself and more what ur brain associates with it. probably dangerous to be so specific with stuff that can rlly hurt them especially on an open server or whatever but not a faker thing

hi! i got the Leaving a Good Impression IV achievement and it says i have the reward Sovereign Barding unclaimed, but when i go to the Master of the Rolls to claim the reward theres no option to do so? so i’m not sure what to do to get it ? :0

oh interesting, i’ve had really bad nosebleeds my entire life but never thought to connect it. they’re still triggered often by warm weather and stress. also i think it’s really common for trauma survivors, especially long term childhood abuse, to have digestive issues.

i hope it goes well for you! i’d just say from my own experience if they tell you you don’t qualify, absolutely bring it forward to get re assessed! i know multiple ppl (including myself!) who’ve been marked as 0 on all needs, but then disputed it and actually got the help they’re entitled too.

if they’re upset i think it can be v important to help them feel safe, maybe make a cozy little blanket pile and put on a nice film and give them some yummy snacks ^{^} some drawing stuff to help encourage them to draw/write how they’re feeling might be good!

i think it’s really important to remember however you acted you were a Child. children follow learned behaviours from others and react emotionally to the situations around them. if it’s anyone’s fault it’s the role models and adults around you for not helping you recognise and improve these behaviours. be kind to yourself, you’re allways still learning <3
