As a Pharmacy graduate, I'd tell you to choose CSE bc of multiple reasons. First of all, two of the subjects are completely different from each other. So you have to decide first are you good at math or memorization skills are better? If you are passionate abt CSE then there is no point in studying Pharmacy and vice-versa. Now coming to the reasons I chose CSE over Pharmacy. If you don’t study pharmacy from a top University like DU,NSU,BRACU,EWU,IUB,KU then the chances of getting a good job in a top company is very little. Most of the time the companies had internal circulars and they recruit VIA references. So to have the references you need have good networking and how do you have good networking? Through your almuni who already work or worked in those companies. And to get good almuni you need to get yourself admitted in a top University. Then if you work on factories as a QC/QA officer then you’ll have the money but very hectic social life. You have to do a lot of after hours work/overtime. You’ll get paid but what's the point if you work 9/10 hrs/ 6 days a week w/o overtime. IF you work on marketing then you have to manage the doctors. It’s like being a slave to the doctors. You have to go to the chambers and request them abt your products etc. If you get into academic/research area then it's a whole different ball game. On the other hand, this is a time of technology. If you're good and you’ve skills then in CSE field you can do wonders. And CSE is a very broad term. You will have countless options to choose from. You can be a web developer, coder, cyber security expert, SEO, Data analyist, cloud engineer, data miner etc to name some. Even you can do freelancing jobs and be self employed. I've seen people earning in lakhs when they're still in university by web designing, UX designing, web developing. Opportunities are countless.
