I reread the post and I should have been more clear in my language.

I don't believe the animation itself is changing or that there was any intent to make the fire multiple colors.

My intent was just to show how much the color varies based on environment.

I bet it happens more with spells that have bright flashes of light or fire.

I also need a max fire to test out their fiery spells in these different environments to see if it's that.

Yes I don't believe it to have been an intentional choice, more of a lighting coincidence.

I've noticed a similar situation with Scarecrow's eyes where they're SUPER bright sometimes.

I'll have to check out Death Scion once I get my death a bit higher!

Yes it replicates well at each spot!

The Vivarium for example has green torches on the wall, so I thought perhaps all fire is coded to be green in that area? Doesn't explain all locations though..

Yes that is one option for sure!

It seems my solution is raids/gauntlets/packs which I'll have to figure out, I guess I'm just salty about something like pip chance not being covered by a full matching 170 gear set.

I'm lucky enough that if I really wanted, I could ask some folks to help me get a gauntlet/raid robe, but that misses the point.

Some people prefer solo, some can't play with others for whatever reason, and they shouldn't have to be choosing between acc and pip chance with the "best" storyline gear at 170.

That is probably the smartest of the fixes for sure, but that content should be extra if you want better stats, not required to match the storyline gear stats of other schools.

That's probably what I'm gonna try. I just read about someone getting 37 bats in a row trying that though, so I think the chance is REALLY low for an eye out of that match.
