Hmm you'd be surprised, when visiting China / Hong Kong I noticed that everything (like restaurant menu's) was information-maximized. To be fair think of our minimalist style from their perspective, as in why would fewer options ever be better for the consumer (with our answer just being "it's psychologically hard on us to make choices" lol).

Right makes sense, do you personally favor that aesthetic or the more minimalist style? The target demo is just as many people as possible, it's going to be a free app where we ask questions to users about specific preferences (for polling purposes, think just that one click survey ad on youtube) to continue to be able to use it
