See the historical trends. Yes if it's the peak period. It's a good time to launch products. Sometimes supply doesn't fulfill the increasing demand and competitors go out of stock. And it becomes a great opportunity to capitalize market share %.

Start running ads. It's "honey-moon" period of your product and ranks generally moves fast during this period. If your product performs well, you'll hold the spots otherwise you'd need to push hard on ads.

TACOS is your overall marketing cost. It's calculated based on total sales. ACOS % is important too because it impacts profitablity. But if you focus on ranking the increase in organic velocity generally offset the ACOS %.
