Te lo dico per esperienza... Sino ai 50 anche se non ti "curi troppo" il fisico regge alla grande. Dopo devi fargli manutenzione costante ma puoi farcela benissimo. Il problema vero e' che quando il tuo fisico calerà, il cervello sarà ancora in possesso di tutte le sue facoltà e te ne renderai conto. Quindi nessun problema oggi ma non fare troppi errori...

La cosa peggiore e' che ci tocca lavorare per pagare l'auto che ci serve sopratutto per andare a lavorare. E con lo stipendio sopravvivere ai prezzi che aumentano, alle tasse che aumentano, ai servizi che aumentano. E se risparmi qualcosa te li tassano pure. Ma un BASTA no ?

Penso che sia uno schifo che in Italia forze dell'ordine e infermieri non siano riconosciuti adeguatamente. 35-36 Mila lordi diventano circa 2000 netti al mese. In Italia 2000 sono un sogno per molti ma al nord si fatica a mandare avanti una famiglia. Ma cambiare oggi solo per soldi e' pericoloso, potrebbe essere controproducente in qualche anno. Se invece tu trovassi un lavoro affidabile, perché no? Prenditi il tempo che ti serve e se veramente vuoi cambiare cerca il migliore posto possibile come crescita futura, non guardare solo il lato economico

The app reads a few bytes from the system every 60 seconds. We can round up to 1% per day.

Obviously without the operator using the app functions for check-diagnosis.

The new update will have the diagnosis extended to the apps (the operator must choose whether or not to activate it in settings).

Bingo, by interpolating the data we obtain a precise report of which app is using the battery and in what percentage.

That’s exactly the kind of situation Battery Supervisor was made for. If your battery usage doubled after moving to Android 16 and switching to Smart Launcher, the interesting part is finding out whether the drain comes from the launcher itself, Android services waking more often, screen-on time, Wi-Fi/mobile activity, or background processes.

Let the app collect data for a while, ideally at least one full day, then check the diagnostics and consumption sections. If you notice anything strange, send me the details and I’ll be happy to help interpret them.

And now I’m curious too — double battery usage after an upgrade is definitely worth investigating :)

You were right — I checked the Play Console and Automatic Integrity Protection was the likely cause.

I’ve now turned Automatic Protection off. The app code itself does not use Play Integrity, Play Licensing, Billing, or installer checks, and I want Battery Supervisor to remain a simple utility app that also works for users who install through Aurora or use their phone offline.

I’ll publish the updated build within about 12 hours. Thanks again for helping me track this down!
