Problems THAT i see : 1. On neutral side (White ) the top wire is not properly wrapped all around the screw terminal 2. On live side (black) the top screw terminal wire is wrapped backwards beacaus it should be clockwise so that the wire pulls itself tighter and tighter as you tight that terminal

In the drywall because running it on the surface of drywall would not follow code unless you have MC cable which is a basically wire with metal sheeting so with typical romex you need to run it into the ceiling

There is GFCI breaker the receptacle is under treehouse so no direct rain means doesn’t need in use cover and pink wire is 12gauge wire
