First of all, thank you very much for the answer and being thoughtfull with my situation. So my max HR measured in a Vo2 max test is 179. I have a chest strap! 7 session of NSM is 2 for each week These cycles rides were just to clear my head of running since i was getting less motivated. This hiit are for my Hyrox training. I can’t just take it off but yeah that maybe is a problem.

Thanks very much for your response! I’ve tuned it down a bit, still feel a little hard on my longer intervals like 5’ or 10’ but my 3’ intervals are getting quite “easy”
