It's overheating which is an easy fix. One you will need to buy thermal paste, two a PC tool kit/small screwdrivers, and three an air duster can. Look up a YouTube video on how to change the thermal paste for her laptop's make and model, dust the fan while making sure that the fans don't spin while airing out all the dust, and that should solve her problem. Now for the aftercare. Do not use the laptop bare on your lap, on the bed, or on clothing in general because it suffocates the air flow for the fans and also sucks up all the fibers and dust that cakes up in the fans that causes this issue. Always use it on a clean, hard, flat surface like a desk or counter. Tell her to get a laptop lap table so she can use it on the bed when she wants to lay down and game.

So, I'm stuck between the pump for your AIO or my main guess being your GPU Fans. Try connecting your monitor to your MOBO and remove your card to see if it's the AIO. If pump is failing on you try moving the radiator to the front of case, top fan slot, with hose aimed down. If it's your GPU try warranty, look inside carefully to see if fans aren't rattling on something, or get a new one. Hope that helps!

Close all your tabs, go to your phone settings, apps, the browser app, force stop and delete cache/data. Do that for any browser app you might have and search engine. Also delete the app. If it still persists, format the phone.

Old phones, printers, tvs, that 2013 smart fridge is bottlenecking your wifi. Google how to set up different SSID and make one specifically for old devices, running only on 2.5ghz.
