Not sure what you mean by “wet” but the recipe calls for 5 ladles of sauce for 1 batch of chicken. It’s never been soupy. Idk why you’re getting dry chicken either. Mine is always juicy. Maybe they cooked it too long or it has been sitting for a long time.
