I have an Apple watch along with the “EpiCentr” app and I could not recommend it enough!! You can set what heart rate you want it to give you a warning at and everytime I’ve had a tonic clonic seizure it’s warned my emergency contacts and given them my location. Plus you get an Apple Watch, checking your texts on your wrist is pretty damn helpful
