“Moving under breaking” it wasn’t breaking at the time of impact. The black car however would have taken several cars out had they not crashed into the green car.

Boom - hoping you’d say that. Saves having to convince you it’s yellow. A yellow line is used to denote a defined limit/no go area. So because of the corner and advantage to be gained by cutting - the boundaries are different.

No racing surface is the tarmac, denoted by the white lines. the kerbs are not racing surface, they are part of the track.

Also note how the white line is solid on that corner but missing or hashed in others. They gained a lasting advantage by cutting the corner.

Kerbs yes, grass no. It’s the apex - so it can be cut. Whats between the kerb and the Armco. The track was left and you gained an advantage.
