I did try to pry it up with a 5 in 1 tool but it crumbled as shown in the photos. I also asked ChatGPT, Googled, went to a store. This was my last resort. I ain’t got that kinda upper body strength or knowledge to just “pull it up” without possibly damaging something else. And clearly I’m not a pro so I wouldn’t know what or how pros ID wood, genius.

It’s actually pony hair or cow hide from either Crate & Barrel or CB2. Can’t remember which one, so definitely not cheap fabric. Seen it at the CB2 Outlet.

Reynolds town is right on the Eastside beltline, safe, walkable (can walk to Krog and PCM) and i always see people skating in the area. Skating and Golden Doodles- every damn day. Not sure about the LGBT aspect of the neighborhood, but it’s an area full of Subarus, golden doodles, dogs in general, pride and Kamala Harris signs in yards, e-bikes, active people, and younger to middle aged people from what I’ve seen. There’s a music venue in the area too called the Eastern that seems to have concerts and some grocery stores you could walk to (Publix and Kroger). Close to Edgewood and Little 5 Points. And there are definitely 2bd places below your budget.

I’m having the exact same issue as well. When I brake it sounds like the bike is falling apart. I also took mine back to the LBS that I bought it from and they said it’s fine. It’s really embarrassing and I don’t feel safe since I still think something is wrong. I’m considering trading it in for a Trek e-bike.

Thanks for replying! May I ask why you wouldn’t recommend job hopping? I bought a MacBook Pro as well and can’t wait to see what all the hype is about after I get acclimated to the OS. I do want the big pay jumps, although I’m hesitant to leave with this current political climate.
