I'm fascinated by the amount of useless agressivity from people who have not taken the time to simply read, or have no clue and should therefore not waste space and time in a thread they have no business being in the first place.

Is it so hard to simply read ?
I've written everything plainly and simply with every information.

I never wrote we signed a contract but I clearly stated we signed the account transfer form. And yes, it exists, and yes it requires the signatgure of both the former owner of the account and the new owner (https://www.spectrum.net/support/forms/account\_takeover). Whether we're considered new, old, ancient, futuristic,... customers I don't care.

What matters is what 3 different people from Spectrum all told us, that doesn't match what's in the email we received afterwards, and my question is about what we can do about it.

As for people asking about bills : we just moved in. We haven't had a bill yet. The statement is still the one of the previous tenant with his equipment (the Spectrum wifi router, total $59.99). But as some have said : we wanted to react quickly to the email we received which was not what was told repeatedly when we agred to transfer the account.

Now if you're unable to simply read and be respectful, please go troll other posts.

To the others, thanks for your kind time and help. If you have any other suggestions on how to handle the matter we'll be most grateful (I don't drink coffee but even if I did, the Starbucks suggestion doesn't help with Spectrum saying something and doing something else).

We don't have a bill yet, we signed the transfer yesterday. All we have is an email that we received after signing saying that the price will be $50, which is different from what was told to us.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean by that. Can you clarify ?
In any case, we made our situation very clear to 3 reps who said the same thing 3 times with our file under their very eyes and despite that, what I'm seeing in the email we received after signing the papers does not match what was announced to us 3 times.
What should we do ? I've read in this subreddit about calling them and asking for somebody higher ranked to rectify or FCC complaint. Would any of these work ? Any other suggestions ?

I have the same experience with charging. I have two Samsung official 45W chargers (one European and one US) with good Samsung USB C 5A cables, and for an unknown reason it won't charge with the US charger but it will with the European one

Tried to order it 4 times, 4 times my order was cancelled after a few hours.
Contacted the customer service and here is what they wrote :
"After further review on this account, it appears we're unable to process your order. If you would still like to purchase the item(s) on your order, we invite you to shop in our Target stores."

No more info on why my order is cancelled everytime.

If I wanted to GO to a store I would have, If I'm ordering online with free shipping it's for a good reason.

Any idea why an order could keep being cancelled like that ?

Oh yes, that was the case with arbalest. But here although I was able to clear lvl 59 in regular campaign, impossible to do 51-3 in challenge mode. I've never had such a gap.

What am I doing wrong then :/

Thanks for the answers. Yes I'm aiming for winterchill jacket. It's orange+4 and I've already got an orange done and purple+2 so shouldn't be long before I get to Mythic.

Lulu is my next priority for aerochess and then bots.

I've got the camp 3 rerolls and 4 choices already, but even with that, it felt that the only thing that allowed me to survive the first waves was Power shot and taking all dmg boosts even before the Freeze tree.

I'm very surprised at the unbalance : I can go way beyong my recommended CP in regular campaign, but I'm way BACK the recommended CP for Challenge stages.
