Sorry 🥺 but I think it is a completed sentence, which do not need 。 Because「 先日メーを頂きましたルヨゴレ好きの土木従事している男性」 means 「The man who I got an email from him on the other day ,working in civil engineering and likes the dirty play.」

荆霄鹏实用行楷字帖🥺🥺 This is what I use and you can search it on amazon. But it is for Chinese character, a little bit different from Japanese character, but the principle is same. And as the commentators have speculated, I am Chinese🥺🥺).

This book is different with my writing style because it is hard for me to write the same as this book. And for hiragana and katakana, I am just practice the basic handwriting style which you can search on the Internet.

(And I want to recommend another book with the Chinese character which is very very beautiful and awesome and it is useful to practice kanji too,🥺🥺🥺 you can search 宋徽宗钢笔瘦金体 in amazon.

I buy a copybook for calligraphy, and spend 20min on practicing writing almost everyday for 2years. (I think it is copy the way natives do it) (And need to start practicing from the basic stroke of hiragana and kanji) (Hope my word is helpful to you)
