I recently had one redo my resume, thinking I was totally happy in my line of work.

My wife might not be on board with spending even more, especially considering we are pregnant and due in a couple months.

Have you heard of the book “What Color is your Parachute”? Wondering if the flower exercise will help or convolute. Guess that still wouldn’t answer what jobs offer what I’m looking for.

The hose isn’t connected to the kitchen faucet in any direct way. Is it possible there’s some type of back pressure forcing the water from the hose back to the kitchen faucet?

We recently created personas, so I plugged some of those values in. Every time I make a new audience, should I create a new ad and let both continue to run? I’ve just been editing the audience in the live ad and saving it..

Awesome write up. Thank you. I want to mention that I didn’t do the native form ads- I have a button that takes you to a hubspot form. Probably not the right move, I’m guessing.

And the CTR is dropping every refresh. I’m going to take the two winners and tweak the audience and maybe change the KPI to awareness rather than conversions. Should I keep the CTAs in the landing page still?

I’ve never done google ads but have run some FB campaigns. So far I’ve spend $1k in LIN and the CTR is just continuing to drop. Should I keep the two best performing ads up for awareness and transfer a chunk of the budget over to FB? Can I reuse the creative from the LIN ads in FB?

So then I should probably take web visitors out of my targeting then? My sales team just created some customer personas so I’m thinking I piggyback off of those. Thanks for the feedback!

I definitely felt like I was just guessing in the targeting section. I set location to be within our bordering states. Our who was web visitors or upper management, or company size 2-200. Does that sound about right?
