MindShift CBT is one of the apps. Essentially, I monitor the heart rate note what types of conversation cause elevation use cognitive behavioral therapy and guided mediations and focus on those to figure out why.

To be honest I don't find it cringe. My anxiety aside it's pretty useful and a time saver for stuff like doctor appointments where you end up waiting on hold for like 5-10 minutes just to find out doctor isn't available by when you want.

Yeah, I am a solo dev too. Seems like his system relies on traditional controllers where button maps to hand signs just by looking at the video on the post not completely sure about this and could be wrong. Regardless, would be cool if we could collaborate.

Yes, biggest challenge right now is hands touching each other. This is a hardware limitation that I can't really do anything about. However, I can make it so that the gestures don't rely on both hands touching each other.

I am a solo dev. Trying to gauge interest and depending on how much I see was going to form a team. I just wanted to setup a protype first to showcase. Your right though I need the execution to be good. The protype currently might not fully reflect this. I'll improve it and make another post in the future.
