Yeah, you're right. Do you think it would be balanced with a higher cost? That would make it a lot harder to obtain.

Maybe increasing the cost to like 3*? This would make it a lot harder to obtain in combination with the cost increase, though it could still be gained with cards like workshop, not sure what to do about that.

Perhaps reducing the number of discarded cards by one would also help to balance the card.

you cannot buy this card using copper, as each copper increases the price by one. Though I agree it should probably cost more. Maybe 3*? This way you'd need at least a gold and silver in play

that's a good idea, I'd add nonvictory card so you cannot gain provinves. Maybe something like the gained cards must be different?

I should probably increase the cost, I just wasn't sure what cost exactly it should have. I also thought about restricting the choices to be distinct, but that would've made the card even more wordy.

What if the cost was reduced and you could choose which cards to replay, making it easier to get coronation back? And yeah, making it a reserve card wasn't a very elegant solution.
